The 2016 IACM Global Color Conference was held at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City, November 15-17, 2016. More than 80 IACM members attended the day and a half conference, which revolved around the theme, “Navigating the Evolving Landscape for Food Colors.” Industry experts presented information on a number of subjects including supply chain, natural claims and lawsuits, European and Canadian regulatory updates, consumer trends, labeling and communication, natural color standards, trade issues, and regulatory engagement.
